I hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving if you celebrate! During the holiday week, Hive dropped some exciting updates, so let’s dive in.
New Online Store & Exclusive Pins
On Wednesday, Hive announced the launch of their brand-new online store! The first product available is a set of three collectible pins featuring iconic characters from the server. As a bonus, each purchase comes with an exclusive in-game pet.
Currently, these pins are priced at $25 as part of a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal, but the price will increase to around $45–$50 once the promotion ends. There are only 1,000 units available, although Hive may produce more depending on demand.
This new release has sparked mixed reactions within the community, especially around the pricing. While it’s easy to critique the cost, here are a few reasons why the price might make sense:
Manufacturing & Logistics Costs: Launching an online store with physical products requires significant upfront investment in production, shipping, and store setup.
Supporting Hive Projects: The funds from merchandise sales likely contribute to running Hive’s main server and supporting upcoming projects like Skyblock Horizons.
Plus, for collectors and fans of Hive, this is a unique opportunity to own exclusive merch and get an in-game pet as a bonus! Shipping for the pins is expected to begin early next year.
Block Friday Bundle
Hive has also released its highly-anticipated Block Friday Bundle, and as the leaks suggested, it includes some great items! This year, the bundle is available for 10 days, so you have until December 8th to grab it.

With Thanksgiving behind us, we’re looking ahead to Hive’s upcoming updates. A new LTM Mob Game could be releasing as early as next week, or it might debut alongside Hive’s Winterfest Event in two weeks. Exciting times ahead!
