Hey everyone, Hive’s latest update might have just revealed when to expect there next big update so let’s discuss it.
On Friday last week they released a new update to bed wars adding some QOL to the game including being able to preview your bed. When announcing this update they called it “Mid season Mini patch” which is very interesting since we are only 2 months into Season 2.
This could mean Season 3 could be coming sooner than i thought. We could see season 2 end around July meaning Season 2 would be a much shorter season than season 1. Although i originally thought that Season 3 would come by November this year but we could be seeing Season 3 in July based on this new bed wars patch. A possible release date is July 11th.
If this is correct. Then that means after Season 2 launched hive soon started it’s planning stages for season 3 in February. And hive might soon be starting development on Season 3 to reach that deadline in July.
This could mean hive wants to do 2 seasons each year lasting around 6 months so don’t expect season 4 this year if this is there plan. With this in mind, this could mean hive’s Just Build Microhub and LTM could be coming very soon possibly soon as next week as i am predicting.
That way hive could then start development on Season 3 and also finish up the Murder Mystery update as well which is expected to release sometime in May. This makes sense to me as the theme for season 2 would not make sense to last just 9-10 months like season 1. That way we are getting fresh content for bedwars every few months keeping the players interested throughout the seasons.
