Hey Everyone!
I hope you’re all having a fantastic week! It’s been an exciting time in the world of Minecraft, especially with the upcoming announcements at Minecraft Live tomorrow and the latest updates from The Hive.
Earlier this week, the Minecraft Live website accidentally leaked some intriguing details about the event. Among the revelations was a new biome called the Pale Garden and a new mob known as the Creaking, which appears to be a new species of Enderman. These leaks have certainly sparked a lot of buzz in the community!
Mojang has also been teasing some visuals on their social media, showcasing new blocks from the Pale Garden and a video featuring the Creaking. Many fans believe the Creaking is connected to Endermen, thanks to its eye design and similarities to a creature from Minecraft Dungeons.
Today, we even caught a glimpse of some screenshots showcasing the biome and mob intended for tomorrow’s developer showcase. However, it’s worth noting that the source of these images has previously shared fake content, so we should take this with a grain of salt—though they do look quite convincing!

In addition to the excitement surrounding Minecraft Live, there’s been news about a previous game drop titled Bundles of Bravery. This week’s snapshot indicates that bundles are no longer experimental, suggesting they could be officially released soon. The site also hinted at upcoming information about Hardcore mode for Bedrock Edition, leading to speculation that Hardcore might launch alongside bundles on October 22nd.
On another note, The Hive has been busy too! Today, they rolled out a Just Build update, adding support for 1.21 blocks along with several gameplay enhancements. Earlier this week, they unveiled their autumn hub, complete with seasonal maps and a new Capture the Flag map. Excitingly, next week’s update will introduce a new Murder Mystery map, wrapping up Hive's weekly updates before their Halloween event kicks off.
What a week it’s been, and it’s not over yet! Be sure to check out my live blog on my website tomorrow during Minecraft Live for real-time updates from the event.
Wishing you all an amazing week ahead—stay tuned for next week’s post!
